Woof. What a week. Let's not talk about that. Let's do what we do best and live in a fantasy land even if it's just for a couple minutes to have somewhat of a mental break from life. For the last almost 40 years Weird Al Yankovic has been producing hits that are designed to be a break from life. We remember the first time we heard Eat It and it blew our minds with simple lyrical genius like "Have a big dinner. Have a light snack. If you don't like it, you can't send it back, Just eat it!". He continues to be a wizard of words with The Hamilton Polka which is a five minute whirlwind summary of the best play of at least the last decade. It should be no surprise that Weird Al resides in Los Angeles as he is tied to the city in a special way! That's right! The Google search index for Weird Al and the number of regular season games the LA Angels win is 77% correlated from 2010 to 2019! It's too bad Weird Al couldn't help the Angels make the playoffs this year but there's always next year!
