With NHL and NBA seasons wrapped up, MLB coming to a close, and NFL and MLS pressing on, life seems to be getting into a new norm. It's definitely different in lots of ways so saying it's been hard to predict what's around the bend is just regular life by this point! We don't quite like that life here at Coincidental Correlations being in the business of making life make sense and all. Nevertheless, we're adapting and trying new things like the majority of people these days. If you haven't seen the impressive projects on the YouTube channel "Stuff Made Here", you really should check it out. Shane has built two versions of a basketball hoop that ensures you make it, a self-correcting golf club, a guaranteed homerun bat, and steel toed Crocs. Now you may think that he's covered basketball, golf, and baseball but what could this steel toed Croc be for? Well wonder no more! It turns out that the yearly revenue of Crocs and the number of received touchdowns in the NFL are 83% correlated from 2006 to 2019! Who knew wide receivers were wearing those ugly foam slippers all this time!
