Hello all you correlationers!

We here at correlation of the week love spreading the word of counterfeit correlations where we find fake, factious, and phony relationships in the world we live in. We do our best to source accurate data sources to study the world we live in and our correlations are most definitely factual, but everything else about our volumes are strictly for fun. With this friendly foreword, on to the correlation!

There are few things greater in the morning than getting a nice hot cup of coffee. Whether you like yours simply put together or you’re more of a Grande Toasted White Chocolate Mocha with blonde espresso shots, substitute almond milk, added vanilla bean powder, and extra holiday sugar sparkles all in Venti cup type of person, there seems to be a coffee blend for everyone. Coffee also somehow seems to be simultaneously the cause for every bad thing as well as the cure of all your ails. Well we have some exciting news that we’ve found a brand new thing that coffee is closely linked to! The amount of coffee per capita and the average birth weight of babies has an 84% correlation from 2006 to 2015.

Please subscribe for notifications when new volumes are posted! If you have a suggestion or feedback, we’d love to hear it! As always, if you know anyone else that would like to be a new correlationer, please let us know!
